Centel customers in the Washington (675) exchange will experience a slight increase in their monthly local telephone bills beginning in July.
The increase results from the reclassification of this exchange into a higher local rate group, according to Sandy Edmonds, customer services manager in Centel’s business office. The reclassification was approved by the Virginia State Corporation Commission.
