On Tuesday, July 4, 10 to 5 o’clock, the Library’s Super Flea Market and Fourth Celebration will transform Washington, Va. into a music-filled town of singing voices, fun games, good food and drink, and thousands of bargains. “The Lord Willin’ and weather permittin,” says Col. Pete Luke, chairman of the arrangements, “a border-to-border county turnout is expected, plus a large visiting public from Culpeper, Fauquier and areas as far as Washington, D.C. and Charlottesville. “Drizzle or shine, we’ll go on with the celebration.
