A funeral service was held at Promise Land Baptist Church in Washington Saturday, June 20 with the Rev. Forrest Freeman of Washington officiating. Interment was in the Poles family cemetery in Washington.
W.C. Thompson Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
Horace Roberts
Horace Roberts, 69, of Front Royal, died Monday, June 16 at the Warren Memorial Hospital.
The funeral was conducted Saturday, June 20 at the Tumer-Robertshaw Funeral Home in Front Royal by the Rev. John Pendleton. Burial was in Panorama Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Roberts was bom June 14, 1923 in Rappahannock County, the son of the late Charles and Rose Lee Roberts. He was retired from Avtex Fibers Inc. in Front Royal and was a
