Mr. and Mrs. Frank Duncan ac companied by Mr. and Mrs. Bi Duncan and family of Luray spen the weekend with Mr. and Mrs. Donald Padgett in Fairfax and on Sunday attended the 50th wedding anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. Bill Hoppe which was held at Old Colonial Inn in Oldtown Alexandria.
The elder Duncans were next door neighbors of the Hoppes in Alexandria for 38 years before moving back to Boston.
Mr. Glenn Cave accompanied by Mr. Mason Weaver recently visited Mr. and Mrs. Harry Meiers in Elkwood.
Mrs. Edmond Burke and Mrs. Emerson Bennett visited Mrs. George Butler on Monday.
