A policy proposal that could permit underground installation of utilities within Virginia Department of Transportation highway projects will be the subject of public hearings at three locations in Virginia in February.
The hearings are scheduled to be held in Salem on Feb. 17, Fredericksburg on Feb. 24, and Chesapeake on Feb. 25. Starting time for all three hearings is 2 p.m.
The Fredericksburg hearing is scheduled to be held at the Sheraton Inn located on Route 3 near the Interstate 95 and Route 3 interchange (Exit 130).
