APPLICATION PURSUANT to Section 12.1-10 of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance and Section 15.1431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 24, 1993 at 9:00 a.m., at the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia to consider the following applications:
VAR # 93-02-01 Application by Thomas G. Taylor (d.b.a.- Taylor Construction) to demolish an existing non-conforming structure on a property in Woodville (Tax Map 49A 1 26A, zoned "VR" Village Residential) & construct a smaller structure on the property which would be more compliant with the applicable set-back requirements. The existing structure sits on the rear property line while the new structure would be set-in 2.5 feet, (further would conflict with front set-back).
