Although \ Mr. Gilkey and other officers are extremely reluctant to talk on the rei cord about the cause of the split in ' the volunteer group, it appears to be J linked to new accounting require« ments issued by Warren County, i The Warren County supervisors ! will require an audit by a CPA of the J accounts of all organizations that rej ceive $25,000 or more of county rev■ enues after July 1, 1993. The ! Chester Gap department is budI geted to receive $23,000 from that ; county during the current fiscal • year. !
