PUBLIC HEARING: TO CONSIDER ALLOWING THE LAND APPLICATION OF SLUDGE IN RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY In response to many requests from members of the public regarding the County’s current moratorium on the land application of sludge, the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors shall hold a public hearing on Monday, March 1, 1993, to hear public comments on the Issue. The hearing shall be held at 7:00 p.m. at the Courthouse In Washington, VA. Any persons who wish to speak in favor of continuing a prohibition against the land application of sludge, or those who wish to speak in favor of allowing It, under appropriate controls, are invited to attend and to make comments.
