We realize that our taxes would increase, but to what better use could we put our money than the education of our future citizens?
Please know that the vocal opponents of the middle school are not the only ones who feel strongly about this issue. There are lots of Rappahannock voters who favor a middle school, but until now, have not voiced their strong support, trusting perhaps that the best interests of our students would guide the School Board and the Board of Supervisors. Now we know that we all must speak out. Please, wre need more space for our children at school.
Please support the building of the Rappahannock Middle School now.

To the Editor:
As Valentine’s Day is the holiday of love I would like to take this special day to thank you, the rescue squad, the emergency room staff at Fauquier Hospital and all the residents of the Rappahannock and Culpeper area for the love shown for my son, Sam Finney and his family after his accident on Friday, Nov. 20, 1992.
From the time the tractor Sam was driving was hit by the tractortrailer truck until the present, the love, kindness, and prayers of the entire community have not only sustained us all but were surely what helped pull Sam through what the doctors stil! say, that medically, he should not have survived.
Thank you all and may God bless each of you as he has blessed us with Sam’s continuing recovery and the love of so many wonderful people.
