The Planning Commission recommended approval fdr a subdivision between Rock Mills and Castleton and an efficiency apartment in a garage in Flint Hill.
At last Wednesday’s'meeting the planners took up the Bocharnikov subdivision application which had been continued from the August meeting. At that meeting the planners agreed to table consideration of the meeting because several people in attendance said they and their neighbors had not been notified.
County Administrator John McCarthy said all adjacent property owners were mailed notice to the addresses used for real estate taxes.
