Homecoming and Revival Revival services will begin at Promise Land Baptist Church on Wednesday, Sept. 22 and continued through Friday, Sept. 24 at 7:30 nightly. Speakers will be Wednesday-Rev. Ludwell Brown; ThursdayRev. Forrest Freeman and Friday-Rev. Carter Alsberry, Jr. from Strasburg. Sunday, Sept. 26 will be homecoming and the 93rd anniversary of the church morning services will be conducted by the pastor, Rev. John R. pendleton and at 3 p.m. Rev. Stanley Holmes, President of the WBRBA Ministers’ Conference will be preaching. An invitation is extended to all to attend.
