Commodity Distribution
The Rappahannock Department of Social Services will distribute USDA commodities from 1-4 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 29 from the basement of the Social Services office on Gay Street.
All persons currently receiving Food Stamps will receive an application in the mail. This must be brought with you in order to receive your commodities. Anyone not on Food Stamps may pick up an application at the department.
Rules for acceptance and participation in the program are the same for everyone without regard to race, color, national origin, age, sex, or handicap. For information about the distribution call 675-3313.
