Obituary
Viola Brown
Mrs. Viola Dodson Brown, 82, of Hanover, Pa. died Wednesday, Sept. 15 at Plum Creek Nursing Home.
She was born Oct. 13, 1910, in Rappahannock County the daughter of the late William 0. and Monia Dodson.
He husband was the late Netus H. Brown who died in 1960.
Mrs. Brown is survived by two daughters, Joan B. Swindler of Hanover, Pa. and Jean B. Webb of Satellite Beach, Fla.; one son, Charles H. Brown of Hanover, Pa.; two bothers, Charles Dodson of Sperryville and Wilson Dodson of Cottage City, Md.; 12 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
She is preceeded in death by one son, Neuts H. '“Sonny” Brown and one grandson, John A. Castaldi.
Graveside services were held Saturday, Sept. 18 at the Fairview Cemetery with the Rev. Merlin Shorb officiating.
Clore Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
