I appreciate your prayers as I make a decision on heart surgery to repair/replace a valve. I understand the importance now of doing it soon since the heart muscle is showing signs of deterioration, based on a recent test at University of Virginia. I could have gone back on Sept. 29, but I need a few more days to make that decision. I’ve known for years I’d face this, but didn’t realize it would be so soon.
