Celebrated
This summer, three Lynn Care Center residents and their spouses celebrated wedding anniversaries, one couple marking more than five decades of married life and two couples celebrating more than six decades of marriage.
Goldie Riley and Arthur 0. Smoot celebrated their 54th wedding anniversary on Aug. 8. They were married at the Methodist Church in Front Royal. Mr. and Mrs. Smoot have lived all of their married life in Flint Hill. They are the parents of four sons and one daughter. They also have seven grandchildren.
