Virginia consumers can order more than 50 species of tree seedlings direct through a new catalog— “Virginia Trees for Virginia Forests.” The Virginia Department of Forestry (DOF) developed the catalog
as part of a new marketing program for tree seedlings produced at three DOF Forestry Centers, the Augusta Forestry center near Waynesboro, Garland Gray Forestry
Center in Sussex County and New Kent Forestry Center near Providence Forge, Va. The DOF nurseries produce over 55 million seedlings annually.
