Register Tapes
Requested
Rappahannock County High School will be collecting grocery tapes from both Safeway’s “Register Tapes for Education” program and Giant’s “Apple for the Students” program. Collection boxes will be placed at the Rappahannock Bank, the Rappahannock County Library, and the RCHS office.
Giant’s program runs through March 5, 1994. Safeway’s program runs through Feb. 27, 1994. All tapes turned in by Oct. 31, 1993 will receive double credit.
With last year’s tapes the school was able to purchase a 27 inch color television, a globe, a clock, three software programs and a soccer ball. RCHS would like to thank the community for its support and hopes to be able to purchase even more free' equipment for the school year.
