Ann Wood Corson, daughter of fohn Dudley Wood and Mary Robeson Wood Pendleton, lives in Phoelix, Arizona with her daughter, Claudia. She is a school teacher. One purpose of the reunion was to reacluaint Ann and Claudia with their Rappahannock relatives, many of whom are first cousins. Ann’s daughter has recently graduated from a college in her home state.

Amenta Wood Buckner, daughter of Charles and Margaret and hostess for the reunion of June 19 is married to Gerald L. Buckner, a Va. Tech graduate originally from Mathews County, Va. He was recently retired from Virginia Power Company in Richmond. Amenta and “Jerry” have a son, Gerald Lee Buckner, Jr. and a daughter, Nancy Lynn Buckner. Lee is married to the former Penny Chennell. They have a baby daughter, Elizabeth. Lee is a residential building contractor in the Richmond area. Penny is employed at Delux Printing Company in Richmond and is a student and homemaker. Nancy Lynn Buckner holds a masters degree in Education from Longwood College and teaches school. She plans to marry Todd Welch of Midlothian, Va. in 1995. This year Amenta is an award winning, fifteen year veteran residential real estate agent in the Richmond area. Not only that but she was a great reunion host!

Ruth Wood Meier, daughter of Charles and Margaret, wife and mother of three children, is married to Fred Meier of Blairstown, New Jersey. Together they own and operate a builders’ supply stone yard near Blairstown. By a former marriage, Ruth has three children: Sharon Hardiman Kafka, Thomas Burrell Hardiman and Debroah Lynn Hardiman — none of whom were able to attend the reunion due
