DUTIES: Develop in concert with local school systems and provide a program of comprehensive rehabilitation services to students with disabilities transiticning from school to work.
QUALIFICATIONS: Requires: Knowledge of social, economic, medical and emotional concerns of persons with disabilities; good vocational rehabilitation counseling skills and ability; ability to market services by establishing/maintaining effective working relationships with a wide variety of individuals; good working knowledge of community resources; excellent oral/written communication skills; excellent organizational and problem identification/solving ability; ability to effectively manage a large, active client caseload; ability to interpret/implement policy/procedure.
