BIDS

Pursuant to a Decree of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, made and entered on the 16th day of June, 1994, in the partition suit styled Lottie V. Dozier, Eunice V. Mahone and Mary M. Hughes v. Georgia Proctor, et als, In Chancery No.: 3583, the undersigned Special Commissioner hereby invites you to submit a bid for the approximately 57.347 acre that is the subject of this suit The land in question is ' more particularly described in the Bill of Complaint heretofore filed in this cause and by deed dated August 12, 1912, and recorded in Deed Book Z, at page 304, amongst the Rappahannock County land records ' wherein Henry W. Spillman and Alice E. Spillman, his wife, conveyed to Henry Lee, and his wife (Mary Ellen Lee) and Paul Lee, a certain tract or parcel of land more particularly described therein.

The terms of sale will be cash with a 10% deposit within five (5) days after the date of acceptance of the bid, with settlement of sale within thirty days after acceptance of bid. The sale will be subject to all valid and existing conditions, easements, rights of way, roadways, reservations, graveyards, and restrictions, if any,, heretofore imposed upon said property by prescription, recorded deed or plat and which may be disclosed by an inspection of the premises or which may be binding thereon.

The highest and best Offer received for the property will be subject to confirmation or rejection by the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia.

Bids must be submitted to the undersigned in writing on or before noon, August 9, 1994, at which time the bids will be opened. The highest bidder will be notified of the acceptance of his offer promptly upon acceptance and approval by the Judge of the Circuit Court of Rappahanncock County- tyAll
