He helped distribute buttons, bumper stickers and Tshirts opposing Disney’s America. He said Mountainside Market and Cabin Fever Book* in Washington iHd the Faith Mountain Company in Sperryville made these available to the public.
Mr. Harris also worked on coordinating county efforts in protest activities, a meeting in Warrenton, a gathering with American Indian representatives at the Haymarket site and the March on Washington last month. He noted that Paul Reisler and Martha Sandefer of Trapezoid had also been involved. They held a benefit concert in Warrenton, played at the event at the Haymarket site and played at the rally following the march.
Mr. Reisler and John McCut. cheon wrote songs opposing Disney’s plans for the Haymarket park and released them on a tape called “Dissin’the Diz” which is available from PEC and at Mountainside Market.
