Each summer a number of temporary employees are hired by Shenandoah National Park and other National Park Service areas to work in jobs such as collecting fees at entrance stations, road and campground patrols, and interpretation of area resources. Applications for these 1995 postition must be received between Sept. 1, 1994 and Jan. 15,1995.
To qualify for these positions, a person must at least 18 years old or be a high school graduate, be in good physical condition, and meet the educational or work experience requirements of the postion for which he/she applies. Employees involved in law enforcement duties must be at least 21 years of age.
