• Appointed Kenner Love as the new agricultural extension agent. Mr. Love, a Rappahannock County resident, will start work in the middle of the month. He was employed with the Culpeper Soil and Water Conservation District for the past seven years.
• Appointed Susan Babcock to serve out the remainder of Brooke Miller’s term on the Planning Commission. Dr. Miller has moved to Montana.
• Approved an additional appropriation of $60,690 for the schools. Most of this money is carryover from federal programs and grant funds. .a
