cinnamon, stirring to coat. Place about 172 cup apple mixture down center of each tortilla. Roll up, and place, seam side down, in baking dish. Pour sugar mixture over top of tortillas, and cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 360 degrees for 30 minutes.
Uncover and baked 25 to 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream; sprinkle with additional cinnamon, if desired. Yield: 10 servings.
