1/2 teaspoon butter flavoring Coat a 10-inch Bundt pan with cooking spray; dust with flour. Beat sugar and oil at medium speed with an electric mixer 1 minute. Add egg substitute, 1/4 cup at a time, beating after each addition. / , Combine flour and next 4 ingredients; add to sugar mixture alternately with yogurt and applesauce, beginning and ending with flour mixture. Mix after each addition. Stir in apple and remaining ingredients. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center of cake comes out clean. Cool in pan on a wire rack 10 minutes; remove from pan, and cool on a wire rack.
