The Amissville Health and Fitness Club is pleased to R&ve Dr. Susan Zimmer of Marshall speak to the group at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 7 at the Amissville United Methodist Church on U.S. 211. She will discuss “Nutrition for a Healthier Mind and Body.” She will also demonstrate some back exercises.
