Hot Mocha Punch

5 cups milk

4-1/2 cups half-and-half

1 cup firmly packed brown sugar

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 (12-ounce) package semisweet chocolate morsels

8 cups strong coffee

Combine first 4 ingredients in a large Dutch oven; cook over medium heat until thoroughly heated. Place chocolate morsels in a medium bowl. Microwave at high, uncovered, 1 minute and 30 seconds; stir until smooth. Gradually add 1 cup hot milk mixture to melted chocolate, stirring with a wire whisk until smooth. Add chocolate mixture to remaining milk mixture, stirring with a Wire whish until smooth. Stir in coffee. Cook over medium heat until thoroughly heated. Serve warm. Yield: 20 cups.

Swiss Mocha Cream

Warming brew for morning or evening

1 envelope (1 ounce) or 2 to 3 heaping teaspoons hot cocoa mix

6 ounces hot coffee

Sweetened whipped cream

Marshchino cherry

Place cocoa mix in mug. Add coffee and stir. Top with whipped cream and cherry. iMakes 1 serving.
