Assess needs for technical training and coordinates appropriate programs.
Position requires a working knowledge of various Federal and State regulations including OSHA, 1910 and 1926 Standards. ANSI Standards. DOT Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, Workers Compensation laws and various EPA (SARA) PUCO and ODRN regulations.
