She is survived by her mother, and step-father, Margaret W. (Peggy) and Stan Kelly Jr. of Amissville; her father, Michael Schrader of Battle Creek, Ml; a sister, Christina Nicole Kelly; her grandparents, Emily Oltman of LeClare, Iowa, Alice Watt of Arlington, Raymond L. Schrader of Alanson, MI and Margaret and Stan Kelly Sr. of Oakton and her greatgrandmother, Dorothy Collier of Petosky, MI.
A celebration of Shannon’s life was held on Monday, Jan. 30 at Little Fork Episcopal Church in Rixeyville. The Rev. John J. Desaulniers officiated.

James Jenkins
James Finch Jenkins, 73, of Culpeper died Jan. 27 at University of Virginia Medical Center in Charlottesville.
Mr. Jenkins was born July 2, 1921, in Rappahannock, a son of Frederick Grant and Vergie Lou Weakley Jenkins.
He was a retired truck driver and served in the U.S. Army.
Survivors include one daughter, Carol Grooms of Owings, Md.; one son, Edward Jenkins of Maryland; one sister, Colleen Jenkins of Culpeper and one brother. O.M. Jenkins of Springfield.
Graveside services were held on Monday, Jan. 30 at Fairview Cemetery with Rev. Owens officiating.
Clore Funeral Home in Culpeper was in charge of the arrangements.
