Mrs. Ray Frazier was a Monday guest of her mother, Mrs. Marvin Meade of Culpeper.

Mr. and Mrs. Owen Cubbage of Route 615 extended were privileged to see their son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Tharp, crowned King and Queen at the Valentine Banquet held at Black Oak Regular Baptist Church on Sunday.

Our prayers go out to all those folk in our community who are on the sick list and we wish them a speedy recovery.

D.A. Mason, U.S. 522, continues to improve at home following his recent surgery.
