Block Scheduling Speakers For its review of alternatives for block scheduling at the high school, the Quality Team has invited two speakers. On Thursday, Feb. 23, Marion Stevens, principal of Osbourn High in Manassas, will discuss the detemoting day block schedule. On Thursday, March 2, Gerald Stover, principal of Orange County High will discuss semester block scheduling. Both meetings are from 4-5 p.m. at the RCHS library. The public is invited.
