Survivors include his mother, Laura Woodward Brown of Culpeper; two sons, Joseph E. Brown of Madison and Jerald W. Brown of Newburg, W.Va.; three daughters, Tracy Preziosi and Terry Yowell of Culpeper and Patricia A. Ellis of Orange; one brother, Larry W. Brown of Colonial Heights; two sisters, Joyce Hicks of Culpeper and Diana Parks of Leesburg and 11 grandchildren.
Funeral services were held on Monday, Feb. 13 at Geest Funeral Home.
Interment was in Fairview; Cemetery.
Earl Frazier
Earl William Frazier, 66, of Culpeper died Sunday, Feb. 12 at Culpeper Health Care Center
Mr. Frazier was born July 20. 1928, in Rappahannock, son of the late Virgil Lee and Violet Virginia Frazier.
Survivors include his wife, Virginia Jenkins Frazier; one daughter, Dorothy Bayne and her husband. William of Culpeper; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 15 at Clore Funeral Home in Culpeper with the Rev. William C. Smith officiating.
Interment will be in Fairview' Cemetery.
