Many congratulations and kudos go to our editor and staff of the Rappahannock News for being named by the Virginia Press Association as the best small weekly newspaper in the state of Virginia for 1994!
As a former member of the media, I know it takes consistent quality and effort to glean this or any award. The competf&on, even among the smallest newspapers, is fierce, and to earn this means that each member of the staff gave an extra amount of their precious time and energy to create the dependable product that we all
