The Fauquier Bank, 10 Courthouse Square, P.O. Box 561, Warren ton, VA 22166, desires to obtain a Special Exception in order to subdivide a tract of approximately 179.22 acres into five (5) residential parcels of which two (2) will contain 50+ acres and the remaining parcels will each contain 25+ acres. Tract is located on/near RT. 640 near Ben Venue in Jackson Magisterial District at Tax Map 31, Parcel 22A. The Special Exception is necessary due to more than three (3) residential lots having been created since 1973. Division is Allowed under Section 170, Article 170 36(A) of the Rappahannock County Code.
