By HELEN W. SMITH Extension Agent Four members of the Rappahannock 4-H Livestock Club participated in the Virginia State Fair on October 4, 5 and 6 in Richmond. David Massie, 12, showed a beef heifer from Meadow Grove Farm and placed fourth in Commercial Heifers. He also was the Champion in .the Novice Showmanship Class. David along with Scott Updike participated in the Stockman's Cbritest on Friday, Oct. 4. Scott placed Tenth in the Senior Division for ages 14-19. There are usually 250-300 participants in the 4-H and FFA Stockman's
