On Oct. 25. the Virginia Extension Service will sponsor a Home Based Agri-Business conference titled "Small Business for Small Land TYacts."
Our office receives numerous requests each year from people who own 5-20 acre parcels, and would like to earn a few (lollars off their land. The conference will be held from 9 a.m. to. 3 p.m. at the Marshall Ruritan Building in Marshall. There is a $25 registration fee which covers lunch and a resource packet. Spouses or additional business partners can attend for $15. Contact the Fauquier Extension Office at 347-8650 for a registration form.
