Experience has already shown us several things about small agricultural ventures. They can be profitable, but there are no quick "get rich" schemes. They require hard work and a time commitment. While most people quickly master the production aspect of their enterprise, a lack of planning, business, and marketing expertise can bring the venture to a grinding halt.
