McCarthy presented the communications services analysis and recommendations to the board. He said the new PBS system will cost $30,000 to $45,000 and will pay for itself in the next three to four years because it regularizes the system through one service and saves dramatically on the present leasing arrangement and long distance charges.
He will build in the funds for it to the county budget through the General Fund Surplus. < j>
