Rappahannock’s Eugene Baltimore has received the district’s highest coaching ■honor. He has been named .District Coach of the Year in Tecognition of his work with the Rappahannock High School boys varsity basketball team.
This is quite an accomplishment for a young coach who has only been a head coach, on the high school level, for four years.
