The Ecumenical Lenten Services begin on Wednesday, March 4 at the Trinity Episcopal Church with pot luck supper at 6:15 p.m. Trinity will be the host with speaker Rev. Phillip Bailey on the topic of Gethsemane and music by the Methodists. Next Wednesday evening, March 11 the hosts will be the Methodists with speaker Rev. Jennings Hobson on the topic, Scourging and music will be provided by Reynolds Memorial Baptist. Nursery care will be provided.
The God Squad of the Washington Baptist Church will meet on Sunday evening at the church at 4 p.m. for a St. Patrick’s Day party.
