A MANDATORY PREPROPOSAL CONFERENCE will be held March 20, 1998 at 2:00 P.M. at the RappahannockRapidan Community Services Board, 15361 Bradford Road. Culpeper, Virginia. No one will be admitted after 2:30 P.M. The Request for Proposals must be returned by 2:00 P.M., Friday, May 15, 1998. The Board reserves the right to cancel this Request for Proposals or reject proposals at any time prior to an award, to waive any or all formalities or to, and to accept the proposal deemed to be most advantageous to the Board.
