Virginia Cooperative Extension will be the subject of this month’s Rappahannock County Library Friday program on March 13 at 8 p.m. The guest speaker will be Hazel Zinn-Day, the current, very enthusiastic 4-H Extension technician. Virginia Cooperative Extension is an educational service of the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and Virginia State University, with U.S. Department of Agriculture and local governments cooperating.
