There will be no surprises when the Rappahannock Board of Supervisors adopts its county budget on June 24 of this month.
Last week’s work session brought out only one real issue with the remainder of the budget. Sheriff Gary Settle wanted to know if the board was going to approve the two new sheriffs office vehicles he was requesting because he needed the board’s okay to proceed with ordering them before June 24.
