BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY, VIRGINIA
PURSUANT to Section 170-129 ot the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.22204 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Monday, July 6, 1998 at 7:00pm in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia, in order to consider the following application:
SE #98-05-01 Application by Alfred & Klara Kummli to subdivide three (3) two acre parcels from a farm of 547 acres. The residence (Tax Map 5, Parcel 14, zoned “A", Agricultural) would be placed under scenic easement allowing division into no more than four (4) parcels. Use allowed Under Section 170-37 of the Rappahannock County Code. Property is to be withdrawn from the Krebser Agricultural & Forestal District to accomplish this division (to be considered the same evening as special exception).
A COPY of the foregoing applications is on file at the Zoning Office in Washington, Virginia, and is available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Said applications will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, June 17, 1998 at seven-thirty in the evening at the Rappahannock County Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 170-55, if any. The above named applicant, adjacent property owners, and any other parties desiring to be heard should be present at said meeting or should address their ' written comments to the Board of Supervisors do P.O.
