• Property to be Sold: Owners of record: Henry Jackson. Hugh Jackson, R. R. Jackson and William Noakes and/or their successors in interest. Tax Map 56, Parcel 9, located near Scrabble on Grandie Lane. Stonewall Magisterial District, Rappahannock County. See Deed Book 30, page 313 for the last recorded deed in the chain of title and page 314 for plat of survey showing the property to be 12.5 acres. Property was appraised at $30,000 for purposes of the suit authorizing this tax sale. No representation is made as to the quantity of land or as to matters of survey.
• Terms: Sale to the highest bidder. $5,000 deposit by cashier's or certified check payable to "Clerk, Circuit Court" upon acceptance of winning bid. Purchaser to receive Special Warranty deed as provided by §58.1-3967 of the Code of Virginia. Property will be conveyed free of all liens of record. Sale is subject to court approval.
