McCarthy advised the board of the changes which must be made to the flood plain regulations to meet FEMA mandates. The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the matter on June 17.
The board had no objections to a proposal by RLEP to place signs on properties with permanent conservation easements as recognition of the land use. RLEP has had the signs specially designed by local artist Steve Kenny.
The board approved a supplemental appropriation for VSLA grant funds for the Clerk’s Office of $5,584,24.
