Happy birthday to Ralph Wells who will celebrate his big day on Juno 3! This week is the last full week of school! I can’t believe how fast the year has gone. The scenes at school have been something - back flips, cheers, tears of joy and that’s just from the teachers! I hope everyone has a safe and enjoyable summer break and will be ready to come back in August refreshed. Rappahannock County’s last day of school is June 11 and Culpeper County’s has been moved forward to June 15. Exams will be this week!
The Culpeper County School Board will meet on June 8 at 7 p.m. in the Conference Room at the old Floyd T. Binns school.
We are closing in on the date of the Jeffersonton Ruritan Club’s Summerfest which will be held on Saturday, Sept. 20. It’s not too late to be part of the activities. If you would like more information, call 937-5119.
