high school system — to solve an ephemeral problem by proceeding with the proposed high school expansion. Unfortunately this last has been virtually finally decided upon.
This seems an ominous prospect. Given the county’s parlous finances either of these proposals would seem to be possible but never both of them, now or at any other time.
Hence, if the high school expansion goes forward it is entirely reasonable to suppose' we will never see the modem three tier school system achieved in Rappahannock ! County. ;
