After a lengthy discussion about additional standards which could be imposed on an applicant regarding use for a family apartment, the Rappahannock Board of Zoning Appeals approved the application by Earl Edmonds Jr. for a family apartment.
Edmonds was seeking approval to erect a separate structure, a mobile home, for use as a family apartment on his mother’s property near Huntly on U.S. 522.
