Mike Tupper, athletic director at Rappahannock County High School, was available to comment on the new junior varsity basketball team.
He says, “They’re mostly ninth graders, very good athletic boys on the team. Not too much basketball experience. But I’m looking forward to see how they play. It takes a while to see how the team is going to play. Every year is different.”
